She’s responsible for managing office procedures, accounting, and ensuring an overall positive patient experience.

Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Barry University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Aillette is a District Director for Miami Dade County Publics Schools. When Aillette is not at school, you can always find her helping in the office.

‘Just like seeing my students succeed, it is true gratification to see our patients leave the office feeling better day by day.’ As a chiropractic patient herself, she’s seen improvement in posture, ability to perform daily tasks in correct form, and a reduction of shoulder pains.

She’s also become more conscientious as she has been educated on how to perform manual tasks properly. Aillette has participated in educational, interesting, and informative Chiropractic seminars designed to improve office skills.

The ongoing professional conferences help to ensure the office staff provides their patients with the best rehabilitative care in Miami, FL. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Aillette is able to communicate and guide patients during their visits.

Being a person that understands the needs of others, Aillette strives to uphold iCare Chiropractic as an office where patients feel listened to, cared for, and helped in reaching optimal improvement.
